Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JL Wraps Ltd. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
1. Company Information
JL Wraps Ltd provides vehicle wrapping, vinyl wrapping, signage, design services, and custom printed items. These terms apply to all services provided within England.
2. Bookings and Deposits
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the job, prior to the release of your vehicle or item.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A full refund of the deposit is available up until 10 working days prior to the scheduled job date.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations within 10 working days of the scheduled job date due to materials being ordered.
- If a customer cancels within 48 hours of the agreed scheduled job date, the full balance becomes due immediately to cover loss of business and materials.
4. Vehicle Condition and Additional Charges
- Vehicles must be presented in good condition. If there is paintwork damage or any pre-existing issues, additional charges may apply for surface preparation and repair before vinyl application.
- Vehicles should arrive already washed. Additional cleaning fees may apply if vehicles arrive dirty and require cleaning before wrapping.
- JL Wraps Ltd is not responsible for vinyl failure due to underlying vehicle issues such as rust, poor paintwork, or aftermarket paint.
5. Vehicle Collection and Inspection
- Customers are responsible for inspecting their vehicle at the time of collection.
- Any issues must be reported within 5 working days of collection.
- After this period, JL Wraps Ltd assumes the customer is satisfied and will not be liable for any claims thereafter.
6. Warranties
- Many of the materials we use come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the chosen material.
- Warranty terms will be explained at the time of booking and are material-specific.
- Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, poor maintenance, or external conditions such as weather or chemical exposure.
7. Removing Vinyl Installed by Another Business or Individual
- We are not responsible for any damage that vinyl we have not fitted causes even upon removal.
- We have no way of knowing how they have fitted it and what material they have used and are therefore unable to know if it will damage your vehicle when it is removed.
8. Payments
- Final payment must be made before the release of any wrapped vehicle or completed product.
- JL Wraps Ltd accepts payments via card, bank transfer, and cash.
9. Limitation of Liability
- JL Wraps Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or vehicle downtime.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the service provided.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be resolved under English law in the relevant courts.
11. Amendments
JL Wraps Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any material changes.
